Correct Answer : D
Answer A is good -Guy dont have money for new storage so storage vmotion is useless!
vFlash would require flash devices or as it says on their blog, a SSD or PCIe I/O Accelerator card. (http://blogs.vmware.com/vsphere/2012/12/virtual-flash-vflash-tech-preview.html) This example you can’t afford to buy new things. So how is it either Storage vMotion or vFlash? Why isn’t it vSAN?
Answer is D- read carefully because it already has STORAGE ARRAY, just use Storage vMotion to improve the performance.
In my opinion is A vFlash look at the video

They do have a storage array but the very next words are it is not adequate meaning the whole array. That means Storage vMotion would not make sense. I agree they say there is no money but it does not say the storage does not already have SSD’s so i would think vFlash is the best answer.
