I see where the answer selects and identifies the user, but nowhere do I see where the password is changed.

The link massasum provides is good, and shows this example:

Set-MsolUserPassword -UserPrincipalName “[email protected]” -NewPassword “pa$$word”

so I see the answer as only partly complete.
